Our website lists our products in easy to browse categories. To view our range, please click the 'Showcase' button that is displayed at the top of every page. We have a very simple shopping system, where items you purchase are added to a shopping cart until you are ready to pay for everything.

To purchase an item, click the 'Add' button next to it.

When you are finished choosing items, you may wish to review the items you have selected. To do this, click on the 'View Basket' button at the top of the page. On this screen you can change the quantites of items, change the customisations or remove items that you do not want.

The final step is to click the 'Checkout' button; this tells our computer to ask for your address and payment details, which will be stored securely.

Once your order has been received, we will email you a receipt to confirm the details of your order and begin to process it. If there are any problems providing the items you requested, we will contact you by email or telephone.

We accept payments from these credit and debit cards, please look for one of the following symbols on your card:

Credit card payments for amounts over £100 may incur a surcharge. This surcharge will be shown to you before you are charged. Payments by Switch, Visa Electron and Visa Delta do not have any surcharge.

We also accept payment by cheque, if the cheque is drawn on a UK bank account and the payment is in Pounds Sterling. Please make your cheque payable to: Gallery 66

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail or our courier company Business Post.

We try to be very fair and pay for part of the cost of delivery and packing materials, the prices you are pay are much less than we are actually charged by the courier company. The cost of delivery is calculated on the weight of the items you order however, if you order lots of items from us, we set an upper limit of £5.95 for the delivery charge if the items are going to the UK mainland. Delivery on some items is free.

If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will discuss whether we can be of assistance.

Delivery times can vary, although most orders are dispatched within 10-28 days.

Please telephone us on 020 8892 4554 if you need to discuss exchanging or returning items you have purchased from us. Below is our general policy:

If an item you receive is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving it. Outside this period, it is at our discretion to repair or replace the item.

Items may be returned upto 7 working days after they are delivered to you. We will only accept items if they are intact, unused and where applicable, supplied in their original packaging.

Please note that we do not refund delivery charges.

Your credit card and address details are held on a secure server and we use 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card details when they are sent from your computer to us. This is the globally accepted method of ensuring that your details remain secure.

We take very careful measures to ensure that fraud cannot occur and will report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

We do not sell your address details to any third parties, and will only use information you provide us in order to provide you with information about our products, as well as fulfilling your order.
